About Benjamin Upham

Benjamin Upham

Ben Upham III is a Photographer/Artist/Rock Music Fan born in Mill Valley, Ca. in November 1957. In December of 1974 He attended his first Rock Concert, the venue was Winterland in San Francisco and the Headliner was the Marshall Tucker Band. The Concert had a Huge impact on the 17 year old, and he decided to start bringing his Fujica ST-901 35mm Camera with him to future shows he would attend, starting with Lynyrd Skynyrd on 4-27-75, also at Winterland. That experience led to Ben taking over 6,000 photos at Rock Concerts over the next 5 years in California and Washington. These Galleries include the very best of Ben's photos taken during those years (1975-1980) and also some additional concert photos from the 1980's to the 2000's. **All...
